“It’s funny because I’ve never really thought before about why I hadn’t enjoyed a subject as a kid, I don’t think I’d every really taken the time to think ‘why didn’t I enjoy art?’ And it was actually probably for the first time in Paul’s workshop that I enjoyed drawing because there was no expectation about it being ‘good’ or ‘bad’. It was the first time where I was in an environment in which it was all about draw and see what comes, there was nothing is wrong or right, it was about doing and the process and not the finished product.”
